Return & exchange policy
You're allowed to change your mind! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date or purchase date in-store to return or exchange your purchase. Conditions apply.

These items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for refund or exchange:

- Please ensure the original ticket is attached and that you're able to present a valid receipt/e-receipt.
- Refunds will be issued with the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Items must be unworn. Altered merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We do not accept exchanges online, only refunds. Exchanges can only be made at store locations.
Final sale items
These items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for refund or exchange:
- Items such as shape wear, earrings, hats, tights, and socks are considered Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
- Items reduced to 50% or more off the original ticketed price or sold as liquidation.
- Evening/Prom dresses can be exchanged or refunded as credit when purchased online or ordered in-store, only if the item has not been worn.
Return by mail or in-store
- Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund/exchange the item at a local Chemin de Moda Store.
- Ship the items you wish to return within 14 days of the delivery date, along with your receipt/packing slip. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.

- We will process refund/exchange within one business day after we received returned mail. You will be noticed when process is done.
